Discover and experience the benefits of breathing practices, meditation, gentle movement, and relaxation while learning fundamental principles and philosophy of yoga.  Treat yourself to a morning of curiosity and fun!!!

There will be two breaks - healthy snacks and herbal tea are included.

No prior yoga experience is needed; chairs are provided!
